The Set Club Resort, a project initiated by real estate developer Habside, reinvents an emblematic Aix-en-Provence landmark by placing the preservation of nature and the well-being of its users at the heart of its transformation. The aim is to revitalize this historic site by integrating a broader range of services, while respecting strict criteria of sustainability and respect for the environment.

A Sustainable and Innovative Place to Live

This ambitious project includes :

• A hotel complex with 55 suites and 8 luxury apartments, offering panoramic views of the golf course, designed by architect Olivier Frémont.
• Work and wellness areas: offices, coworking spaces, seminar room, wellness area, bilingual school and crèche.
• A diversified sports infrastructure: 3 outdoor swimming pools, an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, a multi-sports hall and facilities for padel, futsal, volleyball and badminton.
• Two restaurants and spaces for social events, preserving the club's friendly, festive spirit.

Commitment to biodiversity: Effinature certification

Habside has chosen to include the Set Club Resort in its environmental certification process, with two labels:

• BREEAM for the building's overall sustainability performance.
• Effinature for the park, aimed at preserving and enriching local biodiversity.

Effinature certification focuses on :

• Biodiversity preservation: specific measures to protect local flora and fauna, such as the use of native plants, sustainable soil and waste management, and the installation of natural habitats.
• Sustainable resource management: use of environmentally-friendly materials, management of water resources, reduction of light and noise pollution.
• Integrating the project into its natural environment: limiting the ecological footprint while creating a harmonious place where nature and human activity coexist.

With this certification, the Set Club Resort becomes an example of sustainable, environmentally-friendly construction, offering a new vision of real estate that combines comfort, modernity and respect for nature.
