 The project is located at 27 rue CUVIER in MONTREUIL (93100), bounded by rue CUVIER to the north, rue de LAGNY to the south and other built-up areas to the east and west.

Initial state of biodiversity: A complete analysis of the initial state of the soil, flora, fauna and pollution was carried out prior to any intervention on the site to assess the initial state of biodiversity. These assessments were used to define the site's strengths and weaknesses

 Measures for local wildlife:

• Installation of nest boxes (house sparrow, blue tit, great tit) and bat boxes on roofs.
• Preservation of small piles of dead wood on roofs to encourage insects and installation of an insect hotel in the south garden.

Flora and fauna preservation program:

• Roofs will be planted with suitable plants (succulents and perennials).
• Outdoor spaces will use natural, plastic-free materials to promote living soil and avoid the production of polluting micro-waste.
