JULES HUBENELLE SPORTS COMPLEX

A new sports center, the Centre Sportif Hunebelle, will be built in Clamart with modern facilities accessible to all. It will include a variety of indoor and outdoor facilities: a 5,900 m² athletics hall, a multi-sport gymnasium, a boxing hall, a rugby pitch, five tennis courts, 11 petanque courts and an outdoor fitness trail. A leisure center will also house a 12-lane bowling alley, a restaurant and a 480 m² clubhouse.

A 173-space underground parking lot will be built to facilitate access to the center, including electric recharging stations and space for bicycles and two-wheelers. Particular attention will be paid to security, with the installation of a video-protection system.

The project complies with strict environmental requirements, having obtained Effinature certification, which promotes biodiversity and the preservation of the urban environment. Concrete actions have been implemented, such as green roofs, permeable exterior flooring, solar panels and the integration of wildlife shelters.

Designed by architects SCAU, this sports and leisure center blends harmoniously into its natural surroundings, close to the Clamart forest and the future T10 tramway, and reflects a sustainable and inclusive approach for all residents.
