The Montreuil project involves the construction of 32 housing units and business premises in compliance with Effinature ecological and sustainable construction standards. It includes green roofs, the use of local plants to promote biodiversity, and measures to minimize the impact on local flora and fauna. The worksite is designed to reduce nuisance (noise, light and pollution) and is committed to respecting the biological cycles of local species by adapting the work schedule accordingly. This exemplary project reflects a strong commitment to preserving the urban environment, and is aiming for Effinature-level ecological certification.
